1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BaselineInventory ("the Service"), provided by ClearStride Tools, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BaselineInventory is a cloud-based inventory management system designed for manufacturing and operations teams. The Service includes inventory tracking, transaction management, bill of materials management, build order processing, cycle counting, and related features accessible via web and mobile interfaces.

3. User Accounts & Access

Access to BaselineInventory is by invitation only. Your organisation's administrator must create your account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying your administrator immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' data
  • Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service in a manner that could damage or overburden it

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Inventory data, transaction records, and related content you input into the Service remain your property. ClearStride Tools will not access your data except as required to provide and support the Service, or as required by law.

6. Data Integrity & Audit Trails

The Service maintains immutable transaction ledger records for audit purposes. Certain records cannot be deleted by users — this is by design to preserve data integrity for compliance. ClearStride Tools is not responsible for inventory discrepancies arising from user data entry errors.

7. Service Availability

ClearStride Tools will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearStride Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify administrators of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
